Inground Pool Installations

JBC first started out installing pools in the Finger Lakes region as a Contractor. Over the last 10 years, we’ve learned all the details & requirements when it comes to properly installing an Inground pool, along with the most reliable pool products/brands. We install inground pools all throughout Canandaigua, Rochester, Syracuse & Buffalo regions. We love satisfying our customer’s needs by perfecting the construction & stability of their pool installation.

All of our pool installations include plumping, electrical & gas/propane hookup, so no need to schedule/hire another contractor to complete your pool project!

Excavation & Demolition

What we’re known for & also the most important step when preparing the installation of your inground pool. Our Excavation specialists will efficiently dig up the location of your new inground pool as well as all the plumbing & electrical hook-ups. Over-digging is a common issue when an inexperienced excavator completes a pool installation. Overtime, the result can impact the position of your inground pool or shift the concrete after everything is fully installed & in place. That is why we’re the most trusted pool installers in the Finger Lakes Region!

When it comes to Demolition work for an inground pool, here are a few questions you should ask yourself.

Is your backyard not clear enough for a pool? Are there too many trees in your yard? Do you need your old pool removed? - Not an issue for us!

Concrete

Due to its strength, permanence and few maintenance requirements, concrete is a major material used to secure the floor base of your vinyl liner pool as well as the sides/top of your inground pool. Our base pool packages include 36” of concrete around your pool but we’ll go the extra mile is you’d like a larger concrete patio, or even a stamped concrete finish! Whatever suits your needs or style best, we’ll ensure the completion of your concrete is perfect and structurally secure!

Grading/Drainage

Grading & Drainage is the most efficient way to prevent storm water or irrigation from streaming toward your house, pool or other possessions and property. Grading protects your lot and home from severe water damage by constructing a level base or correcting the slope. Improper Drainage around a new pool site can impact the life secured structure of your inground pool. We provide Drainage services, that relocates the flow of water to restore saturated environments. Decrease your odds of soil erosion, flooding and structural damage to your foundation or inground pool by reaching out to our JBC specialists for a proper assessment!

Retaining Wall Construction

Is your backyard slightly sloped or on a hill? Just because your yard isn’t perfectly flat, doesn’t always mean it’s impossible to install an inground pool. An Inground pool can be accomplished, as long as the base of the pool & surface are properly leveled then secured by a retaining wall. At JBC Excavation LLC, we can brainstorm & build a retaining wall that will effectively support the layout of your property & your newly built pool.
